We’re seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager who is looking for the next step on their career ladder to come and join this stunning independent gastro pub based in Oxford.
Having undergone extensive renovation to restore the pub to its’ former glory the property now boasts one of the best locations in the area. The team have managed to elevate the food offering without becoming pretentious, focusing on quality, great flavours and local ingredients that set this restaurant apart.
We want to secure a Restaurant Manager that is passionate about food, service and quality whilst being able to calmly manager a team to achieve results. This is a busy and very popular location and requires a calm head to ensure that service runs smoothly and all of the team effectively cover the dining areas within the restaurant. You will also be involved in some of the events that take place in the property including small beer festivals and bespoke weddings so being able to multi-task and oversee different geographical areas within the property is essential.
The owner is very well established and the property is well funded and professionally run so you will have the full support of the GM and business owner. We need a Restaurant Manager who can bring personality to the role as you will be the face of the restaurant, getting to know the locals, regulars and those new to the property
